Tracy Speck-Neisent

Tracy Speck-Neisent -Tracy is a member of the firm of Holmes, Holmes & Neisent, P.L.L.C. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in accounting from Oklahoma State University in 1990. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1993 graduating with Honors in the top ten percent of her class and Order of the Coif.

In 1999, Mrs. Neisent was certified as an Elder Law Attorney (CELA) by the National Elder Law Foundation. The National Elder Law Foundation is the only organization approved by the American Bar Association to certify attorneys in elder law.

Tracy has been co-counsel with Lee Holmes since 1993 and has been an integral part of the legal representation in the successful Medicaid cases and matters listed above.

Her practice is focused in the areas of Elder Law, Medicaid planning, Medicaid appeals, planning for preservation of government benefits when an inheritance or personal injury settlement is received, Special Needs Trusts, estate and tax planning, Trusts, Wills, Guardianships, Probate, estate administration and litigation involving these areas of law.

Mrs. Neisent is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Oklahoma City Lawyer’s Tax Group. She is also active in her community and has served as the President of the Downtown Oklahoma City Exchange Club.

Tracy has been named one of the top attorneys in Oklahoma, being chosen as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer from 2009-2013 and 2016-2023, during that time getting published in the yearly editions of Super Lawyers, as well as being selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America© in the field of Elder Law, an honor which she has received every year since 2007.
